Just add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and check out using our secure checkout system. All prices listed on our website are suggested retail prices.

Can I order a custom piece of art?
Yes. Our commission work can be a single custom piece or an entire line of art pieces. Custom art is available for home owners, hotels, restaurants, casinos, interior designers and art collectors. The orders are shipped from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the size, materials and customization chosen. Please contact us at email@example.com with your specific project.
Can I order Marie Gisèle art without frames?
Yes. You can order any unframed art by selecting the "unframed" option before adding to your cart.
All items on the Marie Gisèle website are unique, one-of-a-kind creations. As such, some items may only be available in very small or single quantities. Our shadow boxes are single edition items, and individually stamped with our embossed logo at the back. Once an item has been sold, we will indicate it on the website. Therefore we do our best to ensure the website is updated with the most current product inventory.
Colours and Inaccuracies
It is our goal to ensure all items on the Marie Gisèle website are presented with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Please be advised that due to the variance of computer monitor displays, some colours may not display the same as the finished product.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Orders can be placed through mariegisele.com via credit card or Paypal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Prices appear in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you add Sales Tax?
Applicable sales tax is already added in the price.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
We offer FREE SHIPMENT ANYWHERE.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship worldwide. All orders (framed and unframed) are shipped from Toronto, directly to your residence or business. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Ground. Request for expedited delivery may be made via email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may be required to pay local or national import duties or taxes to your local customs office. No shipment will be made to a P.O. Box.
What is your standard delivery time for shipments?
Orders are shipped from 3 to 7 business days depending on the size, and materials chosen. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the method of delivery. Each piece of artwork is handmade to order in Toronto, Canada.
Duties and Taxes
In some cases you may be required to pay duties or taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Marie Gisèle Creations has no control over this, and has no way of finding out the total cost of duties and taxes. We recommend that you contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return/exchange policy?
We stand by the quality of our art products and guarantee your satisfaction, however due to the nature of our handmade art products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our Return/Exchange Policy only covers damages and incorrect shipments. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly on arrival as we do not accept damage claims after 10 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact email@example.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization Request prior to shipping an item back to us. Damaged items will need to be photographed.
Once the Return/Exchange Autorization Request has been issues, you will receive a free replacement (or a similar item if it was an original item) or a full refund. Shipping charges for returned products such as damaged goods and incorrect shipments will be refunded.
In case of shipping damages or mistakes, the returned items must be packaged as it was shipped, and replacement items will be covered by Marie Gisèle Creations.
How do I obtain a Return Authorization?

What is your cancellation policy?
A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for any products that are cancelled, changed or returned. We will not accept returns that arrive damaged due to poor re-packaging. Returned items must be packaged as they were shipped.
What is your policy regarding damaged or lost items?
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will have the damaged package picked up and we will ship a new package to you at no charge. Claims for damages or quality concerns that are not brought to the attention of Marie Gisèle Creations within 10 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Damaged products will not be accepted without prior approval. If your order is lost during transit, we will ship a new product to you right away. An item in your store is listed as Sold Out. Will it be back in stock?
Unfortunately, some of our items are one-of-a-kind creations. Some products, once it has been sold, will no longer be available for purchase. Prints are always in stock unless removed from the website.
How should you take care of your artwork?
We recommend that you hang your artwork away from direct sunlight. Do not clean with water, glass cleaner, or any other liquids. Use a soft brush to gently remove dust particles.
How do I purchase gift certificates?

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Each gift certificate has a unique discount code. Once you are ready to make your purchase, enter the code at checkout to redeem your gift certificate. This code may only be redeemed once.
We cannot be held financially liable if the artwork that you order does not arrive within a specified time schedule.
